About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Group Transformation Office recently established within Corporate Strategy. • Develop program roadmap, business case, performance scorecard, budget, resource overviews etc.
    • Drive execution and manage program risks, requests and decisions to ensure continuous traction and realization of impact

    Coordination and Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the central point of contact for C-suite executives, incl. Chief Legal Officer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely follow-ups on program milestones and reporting to Executive Committee
    • Maintain detailed program documentation, including schedules, updates, and compliance frameworks

    Establishing Best Practices

    • Contribute to setting up and define processes and methodologies in new Group Transformation Office
    • Lead by example in implementing structured approaches to program management
