Nexus Interim Management A/S
We are looking for an interim CHRO with a business-oriented focus, for a fast-growing international company.

The company
A leading global software provider that helps brands, manufacturers, and retailers manage and optimize their product information across the entire product life cycle. The company is headquartered in Scandinavia with additional offices in the USA, Europe, and Asia. The company employs approximately 350 people.
The assignment and key responsibilities
The interim CHRO will lead and drive the entire people agenda and play a key role in the company’s ongoing transformation efforts, ensuring that a high-performance culture permeates the entire organization. You will lead the HR team (approximately 8 people spread across geographies), provide leadership, addressing any issues within the team and supporting their professional development.
One of the primary responsibilities will be to implement strategies and tactical elements aimed at improving employee engagement; leading the implementation of the Company’s new values and support cultural transformation is another essential responsibility. During the first quarter of 2025, you will oversee the performance review process and kick off the performance management cycle, leveraging on and optimizing the existing system and processes in place. Focus and prioritization might change during the assignment, due to the transformative nature of the role, it is therefore important that CHRO is able to operate in a highly dynamic and evolving business.
Candidate Profile
The ideal interim manager for this position will have a proven career as an international CHRO or senior HR leader, with experience from listed companies and/or PE-owned companies.
You should possess excellent business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies effectively with business goals. You have strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on approach, excelling at executing plans and ensuring implementation initiatives. The role requires expertise in change management and cultural transformation, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You are a great leader with the capability to act as trusted advisor to Leadership team, build trust and relationships across borders.
International experience and leading across geographies are essential for this position.
