We are now looking for an Assistant HSEQ Advisor to help ensure that Cadeler is proactive, up to date and complies with HSEQ-related standards and industry Best Practice.
What will you do?
As our new Assistant HSEQ Advisor, you will conduct internal HSEQ audits and follow-up on open findings. Furthermore, you will implement HSEQ management system processes & procedures. You will collaborate with internal departments and assist the vessel and project teams with all HSE related matters.
Your main tasks include:
- Support with HSEQ matters in the office.
- Provide support to execute annual HSEQ improvement program.
- Conduct contractor assessment for internal projects based on existing HSEQ requirements.
- Manage monthly HSE reporting and HSEQ related administration.
- Support the organisational processes and culture to ensure that HSEQ matters are core to the services we deliver.
- Support to accident investigations and follow-up on actions.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is able to present complex information in an easy-to-understand format and able to understand complicated systems.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- NEBOSH general certificate
- ISO 14001 & 45001 internal auditor - preferred.
- UK writing and verbal skills at a high level.
- Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within Wind Offshore or Oil & Gas industry.
