Do you want to lead customer marketing initiatives, optimizing brand positioning, and customer experience programs to drive engagement and sales growth? Do you want to shape and communicate ESG strategies that align with customer values, fostering stronger connections and supporting business objectives? If so, then you might be our new colleague in our Global Commercial Development team.
Reporting to our Head of Global Commercial Development, you will be part of a great team consisting of 5 colleagues. You will work out of our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK) with approximately 20 inspiring travel days a year.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Marketing
- Develop brand portfolio positioning, naming hierarchies, and product pack visual identities aligned with corporate standards. Lead customer-focused marketing initiatives and targeted campaigns, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Corporate Communication teams to create impactful, industry-specific content that supports commercial strategies and enhances customer engagement.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Development
- Develop and optimize lead generation programs using CRM and automation tools to build a high-quality sales pipeline, nurture prospects, and align with sales and marketing goals.
- Customer Experience and Feedback Programs
- Lead customer experience initiatives, including NPS programs and surveys, to gather insights, improve satisfaction, and collaborate with teams to implement customer-driven improvements.
- Commercialization of ESG Commitments
- Develop and execute ESG-aligned communication strategies and campaigns that highlight sustainability initiatives, ensuring integration with customer marketing to reflect shared values.
What do you need to apply?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Furthermore, you have proven experience in B2B marketing, customer engagement, or related roles, with a proven track record in customer-focused marketing strategies. You have experience in lead generation, CRM, and pipeline management as well as hands-on experience with customer experiences programs (e.g., NPS) and customer feedback integration. Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) communication and sustainability initiatives is preferred.
Additionally, you have:
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Corporate communication and ESG teams, and strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and alignment.
- The ability to analyze and interpret data from lead generation programs, customer surveys, and NPS to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex projects, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and present clear, persuasive customer marketing materials.
- A strong focus on achieving measurable results, with a track record of driving improvements in lead generation, customer engagement, and NPS.
- The ability to think both creatively and strategically to develop compelling customer-focused campaigns and initiatives.
- Passion about creating value for customers and enhancing their experience with the brand.
- A high drive and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing business needs.
