Based in Aarhus, you will become part of Arla's Global Product Management department, a fantastic team spread across 7 different countries.

Manage and optimize our global assortment
Your overall responsibility will be to manage, develop and optimize our product assortment portfolio – working with our strategic brands such as Lurpak®, Arla® and Castello®. As Global Product Manager Associate for one or more of our cheese dairies, you will be the primary point of contact and sparring partner when marketing and sales organizations have requests regarding new concepts, products and packaging. You will have close collaboration with your colleagues and stakeholders. Further you will:

• Ensure coordination of new product launches and changes to existing products.
• Be a vital knowledge resource as well as a central link between the dairy, the marketing departments and sales organizations.
• Facilitate smooth coordination and cooperation across the organization.
• Lead or participate in projects, e.g. in connection with new initiatives or in connection with aligning and optimizing our assortment.

Strong in product and project management
You possess a curious and proactive mindset, enabling you to use your sensing skills to navigate a large matrix organization. You demonstrate attention to detail and have a structured approach to your work, thriving when handling multiple tasks - both planned and unplanned - at the same time. You possess a growth mindset and are service-oriented.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have a strong understanding of the value chain and business
• +3 years of experience with product management and project management - ideally within FMCG, but for the right candidate the professional background is not critical.
• Your educational background is a business degree, preferably within business administration, supply chain, marketing, or equivalent, which has provided you with a solid analytical foundation.
• Fluent in English and Danish - both verbally and written

You have the potential to grow within the role, and to be successful, you will need thorough knowledge of Arla Foods' systems and processes for managing product and brand marketing.
