Job description and areas of responsibility:
At Pandora, sustainability is a key element across our full value chain, from how we source raw materials to the workplace we offer employees. Reducing what we take from the planet, protecting the environment and treating all stakeholders well is key to Pandora’s business success.
A key focus for our new Student Assistant will be to help Pandora measure and report our carbon footprint. You will also get the opportunity to work across Pandora’s other key sustainability topics, such as biodiversity, water stewardship, circularity, partnerships, and responsible sourcing. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analysing quantitative data on Pandora’s climate and environmental footprint.
- Preparing ESG data for strategy, reporting and presentations.
- Researching and drafting presentations on emerging sustainability topics.
- Ad-hoc assistance across various sustainability topics.
- Communications support, e.g. preparing PowerPoint slides and other materials, updating websites etc.
- Planning meetings and supporting internal engagement.

What is needed to succeed:
We believe that a student with the following experience and skillsets is well-suited for this position:
- Sustainability, climate, environment is part of your curriculum, ideally in a business context.
- Strong project management/coordination skills
- Skilled in Excel
- Good research and analytical skills
- Professional proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Good communications skills, particularly written materials and presentations
- Agile and ready to work across different sustainability issues focused on Environment
- Ideal candidate is in the last year of Bachelor studies or about to start a Master’s degree

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible).
