For our Component Test Team in Technology, which is located at our global head office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our innovative component test- and validation Center.
The Component Test Center has the overall responsibility for developing test methods within the entire wind turbine product portfolio.
The Test center is also responsible for developing new systems and methods for future tests of our products.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will become part of dynamic R&D environment in a large and international organization and join a team of 17 experienced colleagues working with development, procurement, installation and execution of Test- and Validation projects, where we work with the latest and most advanced technologies within wind power, contributing to future green energy solutions.
How to contribute to our vision
In this role, you will be working with defining the scope of work for projects and be the overall technical coordinator for the project. You will be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the project.
More specifically you will work with:

What you need to make a difference
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- We are looking for a candidate who has a degree in Marine Engineering, B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and has 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- If you are certified Project Manager e.g. IPMA or similar this will be an advantage, but not a requirement.
- We are also looking for a candidate capable of understanding new technology within mechatronics and the ability to adapt new ideas and turn them into practical use.
- You should be pro-active, structured and a methodical problem solver that work well both independently and in teams. Besides, you have a high degree of personal planning skills and you can meet deadlines.
Furthermore, we prefer if you have gained competences with in:
- Mechanical design
- Purchasing
- Hands on experience
The ideal candidate possesses a proactive mindset, a methodological approach, the ability to work independently and in a team, are structured and good in communicating on all levels in an organization.
