The Product Change Manager role is instrumental in establishing and managing decision-making frameworks to ensure that all product changes are effectively prioritized, their impacts clearly understood, and their implementation tracked across the value chain. This role will also oversee the development of a centralized reporting system to provide a single, reliable source of truth for all product changes across the full WTG, supporting transparent and informed decision-making at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Decision-Making
- Develop and implement structured decision-making boards and governance processes for product changes.
- Facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of product changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and minimizing disruptions.
Change Management and Tracking
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product changes, ensuring comprehensive tracking from initiation to completion.
- Evaluate and monitor the impact of product changes on the supply chain, manufacturing, and client projects.
Reporting and Analytics
- Create a unified reporting system to serve as the single source of truth for all product change activities.
- Provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment at all organizational levels.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, operations, and project management, to align product changes with business objectives.
- Lead change initiatives and drive adoption of best practices across the full organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Proven experience in product change management, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably within the renewable energy or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on detailed product data.
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in change management tools and reporting systems.
Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and with the ability to understand the holistic view.
- Self-driven with a focus on delivering results.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
