Product Owner / Team-Level Product Manager (Maternity Cover)
Join Stibo Systems as a Product Owner or Team-Level Product Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing our PDX (Product Data Exchange) solution, focusing on Enhanced Content. You’ll lead efforts to streamline product data syndication, onboarding, and data quality across retail channels, ensuring businesses achieve their goals faster and more effectively.

Role Description
This is a maternity cover role running from February 1, 2025, to February 2026, where you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll act as a bridge between technical development and business needs, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with customer expectations and market demands.
More specifically, your responsibilities will:
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver maximum value to customers.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate customer needs into actionable features.
- Leading backlog refinement sessions and ensuring clear communication of user stories to the development team.
- Using data insights to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Championing the voice of the customer in product planning and discussions.

Who we are looking for
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and product management practices. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
To be a success in this role we are looking for a candidate who has
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments or within CPG, retail, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
