Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager to be based in Ballerup, Denmark.
The role is reporting to the Vice President, Global Anaesthesia & Patient Monitoring Commercial. The key task is to project manage and drive commercial excellence and other strategic initiatives such as segmentation and targeting, pricing optimization and analytics for the sales teams as well as SalesForce CRM platform adaption within the areas of Anaesthesia and Patient Monitoring, a portfolio making up ca 40% of Ambu’s total revenue. Most initiatives will be worked on in corporation with other functions such as Commercial Excellence, Finance and IT.
This role will be driving significant projects, all with the primary aim of furthering the growth within A&PM. You will work as a strong business partner across the function and organization, ensuring strong momentum and collaboration across teams. Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working with Anaesthesia and Patient Monitoring sales functions to identify, and prioritise, key initiatives
- Drive the successful implementation of identified initiatives through building project plans, setting and adhering to key timelines, building impact estimate models, business cases and more
- Drive essential strategic and commercial analysis and translating the data to actionable proposals
- Support the Global Anaesthesia & Patient Monitoring Commercial organisation in driving forward the overarching Ambu agenda

- Are a self-starter with passion for making a difference
- Have a solid business and commercial understanding, potentially supported by a technical mindset. You should have a solid financial understanding, incl. the ability to work with financial models
- Have ability to plan and understand alignment and governance needs in a big global organization
- Have project management experience, including working on cross-functional projects, where you need to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Might have worked in an international role before and have experience from the health care industry. Your experience or skillset enables you to learn, evaluate and adapt fast, enabling you to become a trusted partner
- Have a business degree or similar; what truly interests us is your drive
- Are cooperative and firm at the same time - driving for progress in a constructive way
- Like to look for solutions even if the answer is not immediately in front of you
