Here are some things you’ll be working on:
- Scale the Partner Onboarding Program, collaborating cross functionally with other customer facing teams and focusing on activities that create impact for our B2B2C product, improving efficiencies and accelerating time-to-value
- Collaborate in renewal and expansion negotiations, advising and supporting your team with a clear focus on retention and driving revenue through upsells and growth
- Ensure accurate forecasting, revenue management best practices around CRM activities, save and expansion strategies, and alignment with NRR targets
- Work closely with team members, to develop and mentor future leaders within these teams.
- Utilize and optimize customer success tools to improve team performance and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure unified efforts toward revenue growth.
- Continuously improve programs like QBRs, NPS, Customer Health Scoring, Customer Advisory Board, etc to enhance customer experience.
Shape and drive our company's continued growth by working with a talented team of Account Managers and Onboarding Program Managers, who lead our partner’s onboarding journey and growth initiatives. Your role will be key in enabling the team with the right resources and tools to be successful, ensuring we implement processes that will help us scale, ensure customer satisfaction as a competitive differentiator, and maximizing retention and expansion efforts.
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- 5+ years of Sales, Account Management and or Customer Success leadership experience, with a focus on revenue management (upsells, renewals), and onboarding in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong expertise in revenue models, customer lifecycle, and driving experience and processes at scale for large enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams to reach their full potential, focusing on empowering and uplifting others, fostering a supportive environment that encourages collaboration, personal growth, and shared success.
- Knowledge of customer success technology stacks and tools is a plus, as well as supporting B2B2C products, fintech experience and any extra languages.
