For our commercial department we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented student assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in handling administrative tasks and has a keen eye for detail. If you are proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office, fluent in German, and enjoy working in a structured environment, we would love to hear from you.
As a student assistant, you will take on a variety of tasks that are crucial to our operations. You will be responsible for managing and organizing important documents, including filling out forms, printing, scanning and emailing them. Additionally, you will handle postal mail, ensuring that our communications are timely and accurate. You will also be involved in making business cases, which requires working with Excel and performing calculations.

This role offers a flexible schedule of approx. 10 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with your studies.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks will consist of the following:
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filling out forms accurately and efficiently.
- Document management, ensuring all communications are handled promptly.
- Assisting with business processes.
- Making business cases, which requires working with Excel and performing calculations.
- Maintaining an organized and structured approach to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
More about you
You are currently pursuing a degree and you are eager to gain practical experience in an administrative role.
Most importantly, you:
- Have a keen eye for detail and are highly organized.
- Possess strong skills in Adobe and Microsoft Office.
- Are fluent in German, which is essential for this role.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Can work independently.
- Can manage multiple tasks and maintain an overview of your responsibilities.
