As our new Personal Assistant, you will become part of Data & Analytics. Data & Analytics is the home for how we in Danske Bank ensure consolidation of data in our data platform, create data products to reduce time to use and utilise data in an AI and data science context to create actionable data for better decisions.
You will primarily support the head of Data & Analytics, Christoffer Kanstrup, with various tasks, but from time to time also other leaders in the Data & Analytics leadership team. The position offers great opportunity for development and exposure in Danske Bank, and the role will be shaped based on your skills and interests, although most tasks will be of an administrative nature. Wide range of tasks – no two days are the same
As our new Personal Assistant, you will be the Data & Analytics first point of contact on various inquiries and ensure everything is running smoothly.
You will have a wide range of tasks, which include:
- Calendar and inbox management
- Preparation of material for various meeting (incl. gathering input from stakeholders)
- Travel management (incl. agenda for travels and booking of travels)
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with all levels in the organisation
- Coordination of events (prepare material, assisting on agenda etc.)
- Support on coordination of sensitive/confidential matters such as salary reviews, recruitments etc.
- From time to time, prepare material (mostly in ppt) for Christoffer Kanstrup
- Ad-hoc admin matters
Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills – and positive attitude
For this position, you can bring different experience and background – key is your coordination and stakeholder management skills, attention to details and orientation to quality, as well as a positive pragmatic approach. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and take the changing tasks with a smile. Finally, you are self-driven and organise your workload in a pragmatic manner, depending on the most pressing priorities.
We expect you can communicate professionally in English (written and oral) as we are proud of being a very diverse team and most communication will be in English.
