Welcome to Customer Service and Logistisc
You will join a group of internationally focused colleagues which service our customers within EMA region and you will be part of the team focusing on customers in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
You will in the first months be working closely with our other student assistants to ensure that you are well prepared and learn about the insights of our organization. The average time commitment in the position is 10 -15 hours per week. The workload will vary, and we expect mutual flexibility for you to solve tasks timely and at the same time attend exams and perform academically.
You will join a team of other student assistants, and you will work together as a team to solve the task during the day. Success in the job requires the ability to learn fast, to work in a structured manner and to thrive with repetitive tasks.
This job will be located at our Bagsværd office, the job task requires that you are present in the office, hence there will be no possibility of remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of export documents
- Handling and answering general questions and tasks from other internal stakeholders in a shared mailbox
- Purchases of minor office equipment etc.
- Updating various documents
- Ad hoc tasks
To succeed you must hold:
- Great attention to details and accuracy
- Good English skills, both verbally and in writing
- Be fluent in both oral and written Danish
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Excel and Word)
- An interdependent, committed and service-minded approach
- Ability to take responsibility for your tasks and function well in a team
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work result-oriented, be able to get yourself started with your work tasks and be able to prioritize between several deadlines at the same time
- Be studying in your first or second year of your bachelor's degree
- Be a quick and proactive learner with good communicational skills
