About the job:
KMD Security Operations Center (SOC) is the backbone of our organization’s IT security, ensuring constant protection by monitoring systems, detecting threats and responding to incidents. As we expand our team to deliver 24/7 system monitoring, we’re seeking driven professionals ready to make an impact. If you’re passionate about cybersecurity and want to grow your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using cutting-edge EDR and SIEM tools.
- Assist in triaging and responding to potential security incidents
- Escalate complex incidents to senior analysts, learning from the best in the field.
- Contribute to the preparation of post-incident reports.
- Perform in-depth threat intelligence analysis to stay ahead of potential threats.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance SOC processes and playbooks.
You are professionally:
- Have a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
- Familiar with SIEM/EDR solutions (preferred).
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies, committed to continuous development in the field.
- Willing to work non-standard hours, including weekends.
- Available for employment contract only
