The position
As our Data Analyst, you will become part of a highly skilled digitalization group working developing data insights solutions for the entire department. You will work with all levels off the organization to develop and refine data solutions supporting our business. We have a strong focus on collecting and presenting data from our technical equipment to ensure that the equipment in the department AP Support & Formulation works stably and complies with authority requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing business insights and intelligence by adding value through data inter-pretation and evaluation for better business outcomes
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain BI solutions in e.g. Grafana, Tableau, Al-teryx, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power App solutions
- Continuously interact with stakeholders and team members to ensure a flow of progress and value creation within the projects
- Optimize and simplify business processes based on data and digitalization
- Work on business cases and ad-hoc analysis to support management decision making and ensure the right prioritization
- Help building department data warehouse
The department is on an exciting journey with many projects, we are well on our way, but we still have plenty of room for learning and shaping. Qualifications
- Master of Science (MSc) in any Science/Business Field Business Administration or if you have extensive prior experience from the Data Analyst field.
- Experienced in BI-tools or equivalent Business Intelligence tools. Strong Analyti-cal skills, combined with structured and transparent way of working.
- Proven passion for generating insights from data
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.
- Fluency in English – Spoken and written
About the department
The department is part of a newly established filling factory in Hillerød, ramping up pro-duction on Penfills to support our diabetes and obesity journey at Novo Nordisk. You will become part of a committed department consisting of operators, skilled workers and supporters, who all work closely together across professional boundaries together as one department. In AP Support & Formulation, we are responsible for supplying our filling lines with high quality product, materials and primary packaging. In the coming years the site will be delivering more products and for that we need your commitment and skills to optimize our production to be among the best in the world.
