Personal and professional development in a global organisation
As Student Assistant in Global Omni Channel Finance, you will get exposed to a variety of Commercial and Finance related tasks/disciplines. It is an opportunity for both personal and professional development in a global organisation where you can develop your skills and grow. You will be supporting the Global Omni Channel Finance team with various data analysis, monthly reporting, budgets/forecasts as well as additional tasks related to inventory performance management. Furthermore, your assignments will include:

• Reporting maintenance and over time reporting development including but not limited to:
  • Inventory Value Actuals & Projections
  • Monthly Cluster Remelt Allocation Calculation
  • Monthly Remelt Provision Calculation
• Maintaining and developing presentations
• Project management of own smaller projects/tasks, i.e. development of inventory health reporting

• A flair for creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).

Your new team
The Global Omni Channel Finance team consists of a Finance Director and 3 specialists each servicing the Retail excellence, Omni channel and Global Supply chain & Merchandising areas. The role is to support the Global Supply chain & Merchandising teams in building business cases for projects and providing financial business partnering and proactive analytics to drive development and efficiencies in our production setup. In the team, we value open and positive communication. We work from a continuous improvement mindset where time between work peaks is invested in improving processes and quality of our deliverables. We aim to be a valued and trusted business partner to Global Omni Channel & Merchandising – included as a natural part of every project and discussion.
