You will become part of a team of six engaged colleagues who are committed to delivering high impact and high-quality offerings for our people.
Together, we design and deliver a broad range of programs, processes, projects, and services within talent management, people development, recruitment and onboarding, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
We have an informal tone and a great social climate. We get things done, but make sure to have fun along the way. At Nuuday, we live a flat hierarchy where you will be in direct contact with senior management every day.
Key responsibilities
- Performance Management: You will get the responsibility for driving our annual people processes such as Goal-Setting, Development Conversations, People Review, and Year-End Conversations in close collaboration with our HR Business Partners, making sure that the process is initiated, learning materials are up-to-date, training is provided, and progress is tracked.
- Succession Management: You will monitor the bench strength, diversity, and readiness of our senior leadership successors, contribute to the design of a framework for growing and flowing our talent, advise the business on talent moves and promotion decisions and work with our HRBPs to ensure that our successor pools are maintained.
- People Development: You will contribute to the continuous curation of content and development of learning material for our People Development Platform and facilitate training to help leaders and employees acquire knowledge and skills, in particular in relation to our annual processes.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: You will implement the activities outlined in our DEIB roadmap and contribute to the continued development of our DEIB strategy.
- Project Management: The Talent, Learning & Development team is a small and versatile team that engages with the business whenever there is a need for new learning offerings or development initiatives – and we supplement and support each other in the team to make sure that everybody’s skills and experience are best used. So, be prepared to be involved in new and exciting projects and opportunities along the way!
Who are we looking for?
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development, preferably from corporate organizations or consulting companies.
- Comprehensive understanding of talent management frameworks, tools and methodologies and proven experience in designing and implementing talent management and development initiatives at an organizational level.
- Familiarity with running performance management processes and DEIB initiatives.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
- Ability to translate ideas and data into frameworks, materials, story lines, and visualizations.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of learning and development principles and ability to facilitate engaging sessions in person and online.
- Ability to establish and maintain close and collaborative relationships with colleagues and our stakeholders in the business.
