- A talented Illustrator & Social Media Coordinator to bring our platform to life and share the freshest news on climate change with the world.
- An enthusiastic Newsletter Editor to keep our audience informed and inspired through expertly crafted newsletters.

The Roles
Illustrator & Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a motivated individual to take on a dual role of Illustration and Social Media Management to help us grow Green Notes and reach a broader audience.
Responsibilities:
- Illustration:
- Create custom visuals and illustrations for articles and social media.
- Collaborate with writers to turn complex topics into engaging visual content.
- Social Media Management:
- Maintain and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule posts promoting articles and spreading awareness about our project.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and building a vibrant online community.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker with skills in illustration and/or graphic design.
- Someone adept at managing social media and creating captivating content.
- Passionate about climate action and making sustainability accessible to all.
- Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or scheduling platforms is a plus.
Newsletter Editor
As the Newsletter Editor, you’ll craft and manage our monthly Green Notes Newsletter, sharing highlights, actionable tips, and sustainability-related event recommendations with our community.
Responsibilities:
- Summarize the latest four blog articles in a concise and engaging manner.
- Add extra tips tied to the articles, paired with a creative visual.
- Research and include free Copenhagen events related to sustainability.
- Use HubSpot to design and distribute the newsletter.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A skilled writer capable of summarizing complex topics clearly and effectively.
- Someone with experience or interest in email marketing platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
- Passionate about sustainability and clear communication.
- Organized and creative, with a knack for storytelling.
For both roles, residing near Copenhagen is highly preferred, as we hold regular team meetings and events.
