Do you know that Boozt is a tech company at its core? We are looking for a proactive and self-starting senior QA engineer to join our Quality Assurance team!
As a Senior QA Engineer in Boozt, you will be part of a growing QA team and will sit close to app development teams in Vilnius. We offer an exciting position, in which you will be able to influence and take ownership of the quality of the apps we are developing.
In Boozt we currently have 2 large apps, Boozt and Booztlet. Since we are growing both our customer base and our team at a rapid pace, you will have a great chance at shaping both your own and Boozt´s future within Quality assurance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
● Promoting quality assurance and testing practices in the organization
● Driving quality improvement initiatives
● Mentor colleagues in the team using your excellent coaching skills
● UI testing, integration testing and functional testing – both manual and automated
● Working closely with developers, UX and product managers across platforms and brands
● Sharing our testing capabilities/skills/knowledge across borders and brands. We are one QA team, located in multiple locations, so this may include occasional travel
Skills and background:
It’s important that you enjoy teamwork in an Agile/Scrum environment, have an eye for detail and take pride in your work. We’re strong believers in teamwork and as such, expect a willingness to share what you know – and be willing and open to learn from others.
YOUR PROFILE
● +4 years experience with testing preferably with mobile applications
● Fluent in English, as this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
● Test automation experience with iOS (XCUI) or Android (Espresso) and API´s is a plus
● Self-motivation, good time management skills and being able to work independently
● A passion for quality assurance and people

SALARY
The salary range is 2500 - 4000 EUR/mon. gross.
Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your level of competence.
