HAMLET PROTEIN is an organization with a strong sense of purpose and a well-established product brand. As our new Customer Service Manager of HAMLET PROTEIN’s, you will play a pivotal role in developing our future business.
Reporting directly to our Commercial Director your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading and building a high-performance customer service team
- Liaise with customers and suppliers ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and to maximize efficiency
- Handling escalation of costumer complains and find good solutions
- Writing commercial agreements e.g distributor agreements, agency contracts etc.
- Owning CRM and leading the process
- Setting customer service objectives and goals
You will be working in a global company surrounded by professional colleagues with an innovative outlook toward ongoing business. You are used to a deadline-driven environment, and with your high energy levels, self-confidence, and superior communication skills, you will inspire colleagues at all levels of the organization to get things done.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor´s degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum 10 years of experience of from a similar position within customer service, sales support and logistics
- Experience with working with customer relation management (CRM)
- Experience in leading a global team within business to business
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Strong commercial attitude and results focused mindset
- Genuine team player and believer in the importance of sharing knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Responsive, pro-active and decisive behavior
- Forward thinking with analytical problem solver approach
