We are looking for a dedicated maternity cover for the position of Supply Chain Planner to help us ensure best-in-class Supply Chain at SHAPING NEW TOMORROW.

In the role of Supply Chain Planner your tasks will include:

• Forecasting of future product sales of both “Never out of stock”-products and season collections.
• Maintaining low inventory with minimum dead stock.
• Supplier relations, including management of purchase orders (POs) and improvement of supplier performance.
• Evaluation of historic performance planning processes.
• Managing inventory levels and continuous replenishment of NOOS-products from suppliers.
• Selection and quantities of product assortment in seasonal collections.
• Minimizing stockouts to allow for maximum sales.
• Organizing inventory of raw material inventories in collaboration with the team in Portugal.
• Internal coordination with other stakeholders on inventories, performance, sales etc.
• Managing the flow of product samples for marketing, product shoots, and advertisements.

To join our team, we are looking for a person with the following experience:

• As our new colleague, you are a new graduate or have at most 3 years of experience with Supply Chain.
• You are highly skilled in Excel and experience in Power BI is a big plus.
• If you have experience in a similar field will it be a plus.
• You have good analytical skills.
• You have a bachelor's degree or higher within Supply Chain, Operations, or other relevant degree.

As a person, you:

• Have problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is a requirement & Danish is plus.
• Are highly structured and have a critical way of thinking.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple strategies and global campaign management.
• Have a real Shaper team-player mentality and an open mind.

To succeed in the maternity cover as a Supply Chain Planner, you will be working closely together with the Supply Chain team, as well as our retail organization, R&D, and Purchasing to ensure the foundation for best-in-class experiences for our guests.

The position is based at our head office in Aalborg, which houses 70 Shapers from various departments. While the position is based at our HQ, we are flexible when it comes to working remotely or from our other locations. We also offer up to 60 days of workcation as part of our benefits program - meaning you can work remotely from anywhere in Europe!
