As our new Retail Communications Manager, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and future development of our Retail app – our primary communication tool for our retail stores globally.
Additionally, you will coordinate communication through the Retail app, ensuring clear, concise, and effective messaging aligned with all stakeholders. Furthermore, this position will also create and maintain an internal Retail SharePoint site to store relevant data and news to be shared across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Retail app’s development, maintenance, and updates to meet organizational needs.
- Create and implement a clear, timely communication strategy for the app.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for app features.
- Ensure the app's interface and experience are user-friendly for both admin and in-store users, and develop necessary workflows.
- Train and support admin and in-store users to ensure app proficiency, providing ongoing assistance as needed.
- Monitor app performance, gather user feedback, and make improvements.
- Ensure user data is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee a SharePoint site for the global Retail function, organizing documents, setting permissions, and integrating useful tools.
- Serve as the main point of contact for app updates and communications across Global Retail, preparing reports and announcements.
- Regularly update and improve the SharePoint site based on user feedback.
- Train team members on using the SharePoint site, providing guides and one-on-one support.
- Conduct an annual survey to assess partner satisfaction with the app and communications.
- Analyze survey results, identify improvement areas, and implement changes based on feedback.
What you bring
We are seeking a communications specialist, who has experience in communicating within a B2C, retail company, ideally communicating with franchise partners or similar third parties.
Moreover, you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint and other communication tools.
- Comprehensive coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IT implementation in general and knowledge of MS Azure ID / Entra ID is a bonus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
What we offer
This position will report to our Senior Manager, Retail Development, who is responsible for our global channel development and execution, across our four hundred Monobrand stores. Beyond the immediate team, you will work closely with our regional Area Retail Managers, and external stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design, Training, and numerous other functions.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
