About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead a team of specialist and professionals overseeing the qualification and performance of cleanrooms in our DS facility. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in our cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will have besides manager competences have a strong background in HVAC & Utility systems, and environmental controls.
Team Description
The team consists of 12 highly skilled professionals which all bring deep expertise in specific areas such as HVAC systems, Utility systems, Shut down planning and execution, cleanroom management and qualifications, environmental monitoring, and disinfection processes. They are responsible for executing detailed tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. We lead complex projects within clean rooms and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the Drug substance production
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility: Support the qualification and performance of cleanrooms at BN-K site including new constructions, modifications, and general operations.
- Personnel Management: Lead and develop a team, focusing on ambitions to deliver and drive best practices, engagement, development, and flexibility.
- Engagement and Motivation: Ensure team members are engaged and motivated by setting clear ambitions, recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
