Work you will do
As a Local Technology Support Analyst, you will support Accenture colleagues on location in Copenhagen and remotely with technology, information security and other compliance matters.

Qualifications
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or soon to be graduated
- Passion and drive for customer service and technology
- Excellent analytical- and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the client business issues
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish

- Windows 11 and macOS
- Microsoft O365, incl. Teams
- ServiceNow
- Laptop hardware
- Workstation Networking
