Do you have previous experience as a freight forwarder, and you are interested in joining our EU Markets team? If you are passionate about providing good service to our customers, and with your positive attitude and strong communication skills, you can maintain good relationships - both internally and externally, you might just be our new colleague.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of our Flow of Goods Team, which consists of 50 dedicated colleagues. We are divided into five smaller teams, where our team deals with shipments to markets inside the EU. Here you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, take responsibility for specific markets, ensuring the highest level of customer service and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

YOUR ROLE
In close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, you handle our shipments of all kinds and sizes to markets inside the EU with a focus on providing the best possible service to all our partners, brands, and country offices. The combination of multiple tasks can be challenging, so it is important that you see this as motivation rather than a limitation.
More specifically, your tasks will be the following:

• Responsibility for the daily bookings of pallet and parcel shipments.
• Following up on shipments with nominated forwarders and proactively acting on potential deviations.
• Daily contact with different brands, country offices, and freight forwarders.
• Participation in various projects, e.g., starting new markets.
• Participation in meetings about your markets.

You excel in ensuring a secure, optimized, stable, and reliable flow of goods to our customers. You have a structured and analytical approach to your tasks, ensuring that you always have a solid overview. We work in a high paced environment, so it is important that you thrive in a busy setting and can juggle many tasks without losing track, while also securing the right follow up.
Furthermore, you should:

• Have finished an education as a freight forward agent.
• Have worked with responsibility for your own markets before.
• Be familiar with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
• Be fluent in both Danish and English – written and spoken.
