Project Finance Director
Ørsted
Join us in this role where you’ll deliver robust, unbiased financial insights to drive value creating and timely decisions based on reliable and transparent information.
Welcome to Project Financial Management
You’ll be part of Project Finance Directors where you, together with your colleagues, will provide impactful financial leadership to the Asset Projects by ensuring effective governance processes, being a proactive member of the Asset Leadership Team, and fostering a value-focused culture throughout the project organisation. As a team, we are dedicated to the asset projects and have a passion for what we do. There is a high level of trust among your colleagues.
You’ll play an important role in:
· leading and representing the Asset Project Leadership team, and function as a “strategic finance partner” for the Managing Director
· cultivating a collaborative and inspiring working environment, with particular emphasis on the Project Finance Team, by caring, and communicating to enable high performance from everyone we work with
· managing relevant stakeholders and ensuring Finance competences are involved when relevant, including Steering Committee, on Group Executive Team, and Board of Directors related matters.
To succeed in the role, you:
· have a master’s degree in finance, business, or similar, work experience from the energy industry, preferably renewable energy, or a consulting firm
· have extensive finance leadership experience combined with a keen interest in people management, can lead others, and would like to continue to develop as a leader
· thrive in a very dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and changing business priorities.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
