We are a newly established, dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring high engagement and satisfaction among our stakeholders. Our projects range from large, strategic initiatives executed in collaboration with our Transformation Office to smaller projects like implementing new applications and developing innovative ways of working.
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and dedicated project manager to lead our strategic projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are handled professionally according to the Half Double method. You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and Senior Management to achieve the desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects using the Half Double methodology and agile principles
- Ensure that projects deliver the desired impact and satisfy stakeholders
- Optimize work processes to ensure continuous progress and high intensity
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders
- Develop and implement impact maps and impact measurement to track project progress
- Conduct regular pulse checks to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project success
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of Project Excellence
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in project management and agile methods
- Knowledge of the Half Double methodology is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take responsibility for project success
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops
