ABOUT THE JOB
As Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interface of an e-commerce website on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. You will collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the assigned project.

YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies. You should have a strong background in front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience working with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Additionally, experience with version control systems, agile methodologies, and testing frameworks may be beneficial. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are also important for success in this role. At last, you have 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud front-end development, and you are an expert in
- Developing responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
- Experience with SFCC’s PWA Kit, Headless Commerce, and APIs (OCAPI/SLAS).
- Working with Page designer module.
- Working with APIs and 3rd party system integrations.
- Expertise with Webpack, Linter, Bootstrap 4.
- Knowledge of Mobile-First Design.
- Experience with version control software such as Git, Confluence and Jira
- Collaborating with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Implementing design components and templates in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform using SFRA architecture and other Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies.
- Optimizing website performance by improving page load speed and reducing server requests.
- Writing clean and maintainable code that follows industry best practices and meets project requirements.
- Ensuring website compatibility across different devices, browsers, and platforms.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the user interface and working with the back-end team to resolve them.
- Staying up to date with the latest front-end development trends, techniques, and technologies.
