Join us as our new Strategy Manager, Food & Beverage Biosolutions
In Food & Beverage Biosolutions, we work with our customers to secure better and healthier food for all. Our biosolutions help customers across major Food & Beverage industries to improve taste, texture, health, appearance, labels and safety of their products, while delivering increased yields, raw material flexibility, less waste and lower energy usage.

You will join the Strategy Team, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Integration, Food & Beverage.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Shape our strategic thinking and decisions
• Help make our merger integration come alive and ensure we realize our targets
• Lead continuous implementation of our strategy and must-win-battles
• Lead integration of Food & Beverages strategic priorities in our corporate processes and follow-up
• Lead change management initiatives to make it easy and motivating for all to succeed in their job
• Lead strategic projects together with people from multiple parts of the broader organization

Your competencies include that you:
Have strong strategy development and implementation competencies, a personal drive for engaging with people to make them succeed, and an excitement for deploying both strong analysis and practical elbow grease to succeed with our key initiatives. We envision that you:

• Have relevant experience from management consulting, in-house strategy or business leadership
• Have a flair for project management with the ability to scope and work collaboratively
• Have demonstrated experience in setting up or executing on strategy development and implementation efforts in large organizations
• Are comfortable communicating and reporting to senior management
• Have an understanding of biotechnology and/or food and beverage industries
• Are a team player and excel at relationship building and stakeholder management
• Bring openness and joy that contributes to a great team and work environment

Location: The role will be based out of our offices in Greater Copenhagen (Lyngby and Hørsholm), with some travel to be expected. We offer flexibility on location for internal candidates.
