Client Developer

About the role
In the role as Client Developer, you are responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Key Clients on a group level. You understand the client's business needs, develop account plans, and work dedicated to meet sales and client development targets. You coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Overall responsibility/tasks
- Cultivating and enhancing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Delivering services in accordance with established agreements and collaborating with both client and delivery organizations to maintain alignment on activities.
- Identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities.
- Assuming responsibility for managing contracts from inception to completion, including oversight of profit and loss (P&L).
- Planning and setting goals for clients based on data-driven insights, addressing challenges, and capitalizing on opportunities. - - -- Monitoring client performance through key performance indicator reporting and business reviews.
- Coordinating with service delivery teams to allocate appropriate resources in accordance with client strategy, KPIs, and SLAs as outlined in agreed operational level agreements.
- Reviewing monthly performance of OLAs with the client team, including service delivery representatives.
- Conducting forecasts for assigned clients, including regular sales forecasting.
- Contributing to new business development and strategic client growth initiatives, such as upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements to be able to succeed in the role
You are:
- An excellent communicator, proficient in both Norwegian and English, in both written and spoken form.
- Thriving in client-facing roles where you love
- An excellent relationship builder internally and externally
- Business and sales oriented with a strong mindset in creating win-win-win solutions for all parties.
- Curious, driven and open to changes and improvements.
You have:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales (New Business) or Client Management (preferably in IT-related environment or Talent Management)
- Experience in client-facing roles
- A few years’ experience of working with CRM systems.
- Education (BA/MA) in Business-related fields.
- Experience from the Consulting industry is a strong merit.
- A natural talent with strong skills in handling negotiations.
