You’ll work with robots on wheels and people – it’s way too cool

You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work
This is a key role for both daily sales and taking part in continuous improvement and development. In this role, you will join a team of Global Sales Supporters who support our local sales teams as well as our strategic account teams around the world. More specifically, you will:

• Be responsible for the customer orders within your designated territories, from receipt to shipping
• Assist the sales teams and the Sales Support Manager with forecasting, sales follow up, customer agreements, etc.
• Support the sales teams with all order related issues like delivery time, prices, shipping quotes
• Work closely together with the other Global Sales Supporters to provide comprehensive support to all of our customers

You will be working in the new MiR and UR joint headquarter in Odense

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics
At MiR, we come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect that you’ll bring the following:

• Experience with sales support and order handling
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English, orally and in writing
• Knowledge about CRM and ERP systems (we work in Salesforce and AX)
• Interest in working with PowerBI reports, building SharePoint sites, and exploring Microsoft Copilot / AI will be a plus

As a person you are self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing. It’s essential that you really show flexibility. Also, you are structured and thrive in a global and constantly changing environment.
