Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Systems

As our Senior Manager, you are overall responsible for the leadership and development of our Supply Chain Planning Systems Team of professionals physically located in Denmark and at our local production site in China.

Together with your team, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain planning processes and systems. You are also responsible for ensuring efficient and effective planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

The team you will be part of:
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join the Supply Chain Excellence team where you are part of the management team and report to Director Rune Asbjørn Antonsen.

You work across the organization ensure alignment and efficiency, covering the wider Global Operations Function, R&D and Product Management (GPPM), as you will ensure significant cross-functional planning projects with your strategic key stakeholders – incl. with Senior Management.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Lead and develop the supply chain planning systems team.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve strategies to optimize supply chain planning processes and performance.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert within Planning systems and processes and thereby mentor and coach other colleagues.
• Manage business resources for requirements, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), etc.
• Conduct service or project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• A higher educational background at a master’s level within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or other relevant fields of study.
• Five years of relevant experience from a similar position within Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Project management experience with proficiency in planning-, and Supply Chain Management tools and technologies.
• Proven managerial experience by which you are a capable people manager able to motivate, inspire and develop your team.
• Embrace a rational approach to thinking.
• A capable stakeholder manager able to collaborate across organizational functions and levels.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English by which you can embrace our values of Listen, Challenge and Transform – as well as our Leadership Commitments Being a Customer Geek, Make it Happen and Embrace to Win.
• Eligibility to work in Denmark.
• Possessing a certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCP, is seen as advantageous.
