What we are looking for

- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Hands-On Experience: 5+ years of experience with downstream process equipment design, setup, and qualification at manufacturing scale.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with filtration, chromatography, TFF (UF/DF), and final API fill is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to sell ideas and work seamlessly across functions.
- Global Mindset: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to work with vendors, primarily based in Europe.
