What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new features and services.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support the design and deployment of microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Java applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and contribute to internal and external documentation.
- Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
- Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles.
Who You Are:
- Proficient in Java (latest version) and Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of databases, including relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Skilled in developing high-quality, well-documented, and testable code.
- Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
Awesome to Have:
- Previous experience in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
