Would you like to manage Nordea Bank critical infrastructure team? We are now looking for a Head of Network Security Operations to manage the Network engineering team operating the Proxy, IPS, AntiDDoS platforms.

As the Head of Network Security Operations, you’ll play a valuable role in leading an experienced Network Security team. What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively manage the team on an operational level with employees located in Nordics and Poland
• Set direction via team and individual goals, empower team members within their responsibilities and follow up on deliveries
• Provide timely feedback, continuous coaching, evaluate and leverage performance
• Manage communication activities and weekly team meetings across the team
• Ensure that your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to their daily duties
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements

Your experience and background:

• IT experienced Team Leader
• Have a technical background related with networks
• Good technical knowledge of network technologies allowing to communicate and operate cross-technology domains
• Proven leadership skills
• Very good ITIL processes understanding and documented practice
• Good understanding of risk management
• You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
