As part of Danske Bank’s Forward ´28 strategy, we are growing our Working Capital Advisory & Finance team with additional people. Working Capital management is key for corporates to optimise their working capital, free up liquidity and manage their risk.
Be a part of the team
You will be part of the Working Capital Advisory & Finance (WCA), which are the product specialist supporting Danske Bank’s largest customers with working capital solutions. We offer a wide range of solutions to our customers from Supply Chain Finance and Factoring to Invoice Discounting. Our team is today 14 people and growing with a diverse background with the shared vision of serving customers. WCA is part of Transaction Banking in Large Corporates & Institution, but serves customer from the largest corporates to mid-sized across the Nordics countries.
In this role, you will among other things be responsible for:
- First point of contact for customers and internal Relationship Managers
- Leading customer meeting and advisory on working capital solutions
- Driving new sales and point contact for additional sales
- Participating in sales activities and external conferences
You will work close with your colleagues in WCA as well as relationship managers across our organisation. Most importantly, from day one, you will make a significant impact by driving customer dialogue and sales.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a proactive colleague, which are result-oriented with a sales and customer mindset. You are good at building relationships and a team player while being self-driven. You might have experience from working capital, cash management or banking in general, but not required. You bring a positive mindset and excel in a hectic and changing environment.
Your background:
- Experience with working capital, cash management or banking in general is beneficial
- Potentially a master’s degree in a relevant field like economics, business or law
- Experience with sales and/or advisory of customers
- Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and precisely ensuring alignment and understanding
- Collaborative, energetic, proactive and open to new opportunities
- English and Danish is an requirement
What we offer
You will be joining a diverse and innovative team with different backgrounds and skillset. Our team located across the Nordics so some travel will be expected.
You will have the flexibility of working from home, although we appreciate you to be present in the office 3-4 days per week.
