Are you passionate about working collaboratively with people? Are you a competent HR professional with a high level of integrity? Flying Tiger Copenhagen is currently looking for a HR Business Partner for our stores in Sweden– is that you?!
You will be placed in Copenhagen together with the Nordic HR team where we support around 160 stores within the Nordic countries. You will be reporting to the HR manager, Nordics.
This is the job
You will be working closely with your HR colleagues for other Nordic countries and the Country manager for Sweden to support within all HR activities for the stores. You will take the lead to secure and implement Nordic routines and processes to your local market. As our new HR Business Partner, you can expect a wide task portfolio such as coordination of training, managing the HR-wheel as well as providing professional HR services to our managers and stores, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
Expect to travel around in Sweden several times per month.
You will be:
- Partner to the leadership team in Sweden, support, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives for the market
- People Life Cycle responsible for the Swedish market (Onboarding, Talent Development, Appraisals, Employee Exits etc.)
- Drive and supervise our Health and safety work
- Develop and drive HR projects for the Nordic countries in close collaboration with the Nordic People team
- Continuously work with the employee engagement
- Daily administrative tasks and maintaining internal systems
- Supervise compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements
This is you
You possess great people skills and your colleagues love working with you. You are a convincing communicator, proficient in English and in Swedish. You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and you are well structured and organized. You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
To thrive in the position, you must be curios, open-minded and solution oriented. You love working operationally and in an informal environment. People find you dedicated, flexible and easy to work with.
Our preferred candidate has minimum 3 years of HR experience. You have a strong Swedish labour law background. Educational background could be a relevant academic background, a University degree within Human Resource management or similar.
