We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle office supply inventory and procurement.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with external vendors or service providers as needed.
- Assist team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of office events or client meetings.
What you bring
You are a detail-oriented and focused individual with an enthusiasm for organization and supporting a busy team. Your ability to prioritize and communicate effectively sets you apart.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic IT tools.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility and reliability to adapt to a busy office environment.
