The position
As our new colleague your most prestigious job is to drive the quality agenda of the de-partment as well as monitor and ensure that the department complies with the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Driving quality related tasks and projects across the department.
- Being the departments go-to person in relation to cross-functional quality pro-jects where you will be coordinating and implementing the changes.
- Setting quality goals for the department and ensuring that the quality system is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Our days are dynamic, they vary, and we are flexible as we are both working on sched-uled projects and unplanned task to ensure that the production can run smoothly.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, we imagine that you:
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or another relevant field.
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience from working within a GMP regulated area.
- Experience with the LEAN way of working/mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
As a person you show initiative, and you are curious. You work systematically to strive for simplicity in processes and you are action and goal-oriented. You are self-motivated, can work independently, but you also thrive in being a part of a team. You have a can-do attitude.
About the department
As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set.
The job is within Chemistry Pilot Plant in CMC API Pilots, Bagsværd/Denmark. In the de-partment you will find around 45 skilled colleagues divided in three teams that takes care of Synthetic Chemistry, Purification and Support. In Chemistry Pilot Plant we are responsible for production of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) to clinical studies, where chemical synthesis, chromatographic purification and spray drying is a part of the production.
