The position
As a Senior Strategy Partner, you will drive the development and deployment of the ES Business Plan across the Senior Vice President (SVP) area.
Some of your main responsibilities include:
- Providing recommendations for strategy development and business plan formulation to the SVP and SVP management team
- Conducting strategic analyses of key business opportunities and challenges, ensuring a holistic view of the best solutions across Product Supply, Quality & IT and Novo Nordisk
- Facilitating the execution of strategic decisions and projects across a complex stakeholder landscape within supply chain, sourcing, and manufacturing
- Driving and managing cross-functional projects with strategic impact
- Acting as a driver of the process around ES Business Review Meetings and strategy deployment
You will report directly to the Director of ES Strategy and Executive Support.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Project Management, Business administration, finance, or any other relevant field
- Possess a proven experience in a business support function coupled with a previous experience in project management
- Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain and managing suppliers
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
It would be considered as an advantage if you have experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO’s) and have been involved in mergers & acquisitions.
As a person, you possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate strategic and complex topics in a structured way to different stakeholders, including senior management. You enjoy identifying business opportunities, creating high-class solutions, and driving innovation. You know how to set directions and constructively challenge all levels within the organisation, nurturing long-lasting partnerships. Last but not least, you have a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful, organised approach to solving business complexities.
About the department
ES Strategy and Executive Support department is responsible for driving the development and deployment of the ES Business Plan across the SVP area. We work closely with the SVP and SVP management team to provide recommendations for strategy development and business plan formulation.
Our team plays a crucial role in conducting strategic analyses, facilitating the execution of strategic decisions, and leading cross-functional projects. We are a dynamic and collaborative team, dedicated to making a difference in the supply chain, sourcing, and manufacturing areas.
