The position
We offer an exciting and challenging job that will provide you with an inside perspective to Novo Nordisk’s business processes and give you a broad network throughout the organisation.
As a Corporate Associate Investigator and Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Assist a team of 4 experienced investigators in analysing data and developing reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain and support general investigation processes from initial severity assessment to closing and reporting to the Audit Committee.
- Serve as Associate Investigator on internal investigations, primarily focusing on fraud and business ethics (compliance) violations.
- Collaborate closely with global colleagues to ensure high-quality investigations and follow-up on reported concerns.
- Participate in cross-disciplinary projects, taking an active role in planning, performing, and completing various assurance tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Need to have:
- M.Sc. degree in accounting, auditing, law, or a similar field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience data analytics or working as a business analyst, accountant, auditor, or similar role with a strong flair for numbers.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience with PowerBI.
- Curiosity and thoroughness in conducting internal investigations.
- Policing/investigative background would be a plus

Compliance Hotline is Novo Nordisk’s global whistle-blower function, responsible for conducting and coordinating all investigations initiated around the world. We support the Audit Committee (Board of Directors sub-committee) by managing their meetings, driving key projects, and ensuring implementation of actions. Our team consists of individuals from various backgrounds, working in a dynamic, ambitious, and informal environment.
