At B&O Retail, our mission is to strengthen our brand’s luxury position and boost our distribution topline. As the new Retail Execution Manager, you will have an important part in accelerating this mission, aligned with B&O’s overall strategic goals.
As our new Retail Execution Manager, you will gather and analyze relevant data and insights before and during store visits, coordinate with stakeholders for briefings, develop detailed visit plans, conduct thorough on-site and off-site performance evaluations, define and align actions based on findings, involve necessary stakeholders, ensure follow-up actions, and provide continuous support.
Key responsibilities
- Process Implementation: Collaborate with the Retail Team to implement brand compliance and operational principles in markets and stores, aligned with our retail strategy.
- Performance enhancement: Improve store performance by upgrading store experiences and providing additional support tailored to specific needs.
- Standardize Store Quality: Ensure all stores meet brand requirements to maintain a consistent luxury experience.
- On-Site Visits: Visit retail establishments to assess execution and operations firsthand, providing efficient feedback to the Retail team, markets, and stores on areas to improve.
- Continuous Optimization: Regularly evaluate retail operations and identify areas for improvement during onsite visits. Bring insights to the Retail Team to optimize processes and procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to integrate retail operational principles into relevant activities and decisions.
What you bring
We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience within Retail Operations, who demonstrates effective analytical and communication skills, including process and change management skills. To succeed in this role, we seek someone who can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
Moreover, you bring experience in:
- Product merchandising, inventory management, customer service excellence, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving are essential in this area.
- Experience in optimizing and implementing retail guidelines to enhance store performance.
- Collaborating with teams in multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.
- Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyzing retail and sales data to improve performance and shape strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of working with office software packages.
What we offer
This position will report to our Senior Manager, Retail Development, who is responsible for our global channel development and execution, across our four hundred Monobrand stores. Beyond the immediate team, you will work closely with our regional Area Retail Managers, and external stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design, Training, and numerous other functions.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
