GN Store Nord A/S
Are you ready to figure out where your expertise truly fits within a global setup? Do you have an interest in automating manufacturing processes? And do you want to join a 2-year graduate program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further!
Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing automation in the electronic audio industry.
As a Global Automation Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark, and then you come back to HQ, but in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2025, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization as a whole and the many options we offer. With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of
… will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different parts of our business as possible – even business areas outside of operations if you and we see the right match. But if you know where you want to specialize from the get-go, we will do our best to meet your wishes as well.
Also, you will become part of a network of 16 fellow graduates from areas such as engineering, marketing, IT, business, or Finance. Join us in revolutionizing the production of electronic audio products on a global scale! As a key member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing operations and play a vital role in enhancing our production lines through mechanical design and software integration.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Engage in technical areas that require great competencies in planning, analysis, and cost awareness, while optimizing solutions in Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, and IT Infrastructure.
- Gain insights into our manufacturing solutions for Audio, Gaming, and Video products, as well as Automation solutions for Manufacturing Testing, Packing, and Repair processes.
- Experience international exposure by working outside Denmark for 8 months at one of our local offices in the USA or China.
- Enhance your analytical skillset by analyzing manufacturing datasets for performance presentations and actionable insights.
- Build a corporate network and collaborate with our Industrialization and Manufacturing Automation teams, while also working closely with R&D.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
- Hold a relevant master’s degree in Electronics, Robotics, Manufacturing Automation, Mechanical Design, completed no more than 1 year before joining GN.
- Are eager about learning new programming languages as needed to complete team tasks, such as PLC and HMI programming, C#, LabVIEW, SQL, Python, robotics programming and robot vision. Any prior experience in some of those areas is a bonus.
- Thrive on taking ownership of your tasks and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Are comfortable working within a diverse team that spans across regions, competencies, and cultures.
- May have gained experience through internships or student positions, though this is not a requirement.
- Are you a curious individual who wants to understand why things work so well and how we can improve them, even when they are already functioning effectively?
We encourage you to apply
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value the right mindset, motivation, and energy.
