3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Digital Project Manager in our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing responsible for project managing our digital activation across the team as well as being the point of contact for our local colleagues for activation. We are looking for a motivated and structured candidate to join our team. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.
About the role
You will project manage global marketing activities and projects supporting our business goals. You will work across the Activation & Omnichannel team and Global Marketing, ensuring that all activities are aligned across channels and customer journey. An important aspect to succeed will be stakeholder management and to ensure that performance goals are met.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Delivering digital marketing projects supporting our business goals
- Project managing and reporting on digital activation of global product campaigns across the team
- Being one point of contact for local countries for requests and project managing these across the team
- Stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization
- Supporting the growth and activation of our customer database
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands the customer life cycle well and has a good perspective on how data, channels and personalized communication impact the customer experience
- Demonstrates a commercial, results-oriented mindset with a strong digital toolbox, with a proficiency at translating business objectives into technical requirements across channels, as well as effective digital activation plans and execution
- Thrives within a fast-paced environment, is flexible and deals well with unpredictability
- Has at least 2 years of work experience within digital marketing and project management
- Has university degree, college degree or equivalent
