Part of a Highly Motivated Team
In your new role, you’ll join our creative BLE Application group, the main motivation behind our wide Bluetooth LE-Audio development. You’ll be collaborating with 24 great colleagues in SCRUM teams, where the atmosphere is both welcoming and fun, yet highly enthusiastic and focused.
The teams are involved in all parts of product development, from specification to market release. This means that our work is very diverse both in pace and content.

Bluetooth LE Development for a Resource-Constrained Platform
Our goal is to deliver the most advanced low-power, connected, audio-enabled device, meeting medical device standards. This means that you will be required to design safe C code that provides advanced functionality with real-time guarantees for the radio and audio systems while balancing memory consumption, cycles, and power efficiency. The embedded software platform includes RTOS, file system, communication stacks, security, wireless audio systems, and much more.
In summary, you will join one of our four SCRUM teams, where you will:
- Design, develop, test, and release embedded software LE-Audio applications.
- Develop and maintain the BLE stack, focusing on the controller and host layers.
- Implement unit tests and other automated tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BLE features into hearing instruments.
- Debug and resolve issues related to BLE connectivity and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest BLE and LE-Audio standards.
Your Expertise – Embedded Software Development - Preferably with Bluetooth LE Focus
Besides a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics or Computer Engineering, you have experience with the development of embedded systems, specifically within the following areas:
- Embedded programming in C and C++
- Bluetooth LE experience (or similar wireless protocols)
- Experience with designing and implementing embedded real-time applications
- Programming for memory/power/time-constrained systems
- Linux and Python #LI-CC1 #LI-HYBRID
