Overview
The Team Leader Lifecycle Services will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of service engineers to achieve departmental and organization goals. Responsible for maintaining and developing a Service team capable of providing high quality of service to our customers.
They shall maintain and manage a team that has a skills profile aligned with the business forecast and can deliver services optimally and efficiently.
The role is split between Team leader tasks and operational tasks, and the percentage would be 50/50, depending on the team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Functional Expertise
- Present service delivery capabilities to customers during the sales phase;
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (HSEQ) and promote continuous improvement;
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers;
- Supervise utilization and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget;
- Coordinate customer critical issues with the Global Service Center;
- Promote a “Think Customer” culture;
Business
- Align service capabilities with Emerson’s strategic direction and market trends;
- Own the delivery of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for defined customer sites;
- Ensure efficient execution of LTSA scopes;
Leadership
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
- Motivate, guide, and empower team members to achieve goals;
- Provide support for daily tasks and project execution;
Interpersonal
- Identify and develop team skills to meet future business needs;
- Create an environment conducive to successful team collaboration;
- Ensure effective communication with customers, employees, and internal teams.
Who You Are:
You excel at leading operational teams, handling sophisticated partner relationships, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. You are a strong communicator, capable of motivating and coaching your team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work-based experience;
- Proven experience in leading operational teams and handling customer relationships;
- Ability to handle multiple internal and external partners efficiently;
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Danish is a plus;
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or other service locations in the country/region as required;
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Strong communication skills to create a conducive environment for team collaboration and successful interaction;
- Strategic understanding of market trends and Emerson’s direction to align service capabilities accordingly;
- Experience handling service delivery on customer sites and completing LTSA scopes.
