Marketing & Communication Manager (m/f) – Porto or Paris

Your role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communication Manager with exceptional project management and collaboration skills to our office based in Porto or Paris (Rueil-Malmaison).

Based out of Porto or Paris, you will need to collaborate with the local teams in the Southern European region and the Marketing and Communication office in the HQ on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director for the Southern Europe, your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage social media and content creation
• Support with the creation of engaging digital content
• Monitor and manage company reputation across online and offline channels
• Create visuals and PR materials through our Central Marketing
• Organize and manage fairs and others events where the company is present
• Assist with the organization and admin of staff events (virtual and face-to-face) e.g. awards, conferences, forums, webinars, launches, etc.
• Maintain the staff comms channels including intranet, digital screens and e-comms
• Support with organizing campaigns and producing materials suitable for our communication and marketing channels
• Support teams / departments with producing communication materials
• Liaise with agencies as required
• Establish targeted communications and marketing plans integrated in to the overall strategy

Your profile

• You have +3 years of Marketing & Communication experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese and French – knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus
• Experience in working in a multinational environment
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to travel, especially within Southern Europe and to the HQ in Denmark
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and briefing skills
