ECM Operations Specialist

Your role
As our new ECM Operations Specialist colleague, your key responsibilities will, among other things, cover system maintenance. Here you will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the ECM system. You will handle change requests from users, ensuring timely updates, tests and proper documentation. Further tasks include managing requests across different service levels (1, 2, and 3), with support from our external partner, and responding to and resolving incidents, maintaining and updating incident management documentation.

Focusing on system availability & reliability, your job will be to collaborate with our external partner to oversee system updates, patches and upgrades and to mitigate any risks that could impact operations.

Close collaboration with stakeholders
Your role will also include exposure to many internal stakeholders covering both the project organisation and the users. You will cover tasks such as:

• Provide comprehensive support to users, addressing system-related queries and issues.
• Conduct training sessions for super-users and end-users.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and other documentation to support ongoing training needs.
• Work closely with the Project Team and ECM organization to ensure we align with organizational needs.
• Communicate system status, issues, and updates to the project team and key stakeholders within Eurowind Energy.
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings to continuously enhance the ECM system.

Your profile
This role offers you the opportunity to shape the framework around it; we value a mindset geared towards growth and learning. You may already have concrete experience with ECM systems through your current or previous roles. Alternatively, you have an education in IT and a keen interest in gaining experience in IT, Data Management and/or Document Management. You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate issues, propose solutions, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
