Sapiens Denmark is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success in the Nordics.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well-established company that values innovation and initiative. Your role would be pivotal in steering our ongoing journey of growth in this region.
Working Model: Remote/Hybrid.
Our ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen or Malmo – or within an easily commutable distance to our Copenhagen office, as regular visits to the office will be required.
Reporting to our UK based Regional Sales Director you will:
- Expand sales to new clients & achieve annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings in the Nordic region.

- Our Sapiens IDIT Platform for P&C and Core Suite for L&P are both analyst award winning solutions, providing significant business process optimisation and cost reduction to the markets that we serve.
- Our Nordic Market has significant Sapiens presence and reference ability within our customer base across all lines of business.
- Be responsible for the definition, development, and execution of the sales strategy, as well as the full sales cycle, from initiation to closure including, but not limited to:

- Accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource are expended effectively;
- Undertake and be accountable for all necessary lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organisations and generate new logo acquisition.
- Draw on resources from business development, marketing and partners as needed to achieve this goal.
- Develop compelling business cases to justify investment in Sapiens’s solutions.
- Engage and work confidently with Senior Business management and C-level executives, to progress sales opportunities.
- Provide weekly updates on sales forecast to enable sales management to consolidate accurate projections.
Your profile:
- 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the Insurance industry.
- A passion for enabling customers to get to their desired outcomes, detecting and leveraging new opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation up to closure.
- A proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management is a must.
- A solid business understanding of P&C and/or L&P, including the technology and platforms available.
- A consultative sales approach.
- The ability to influence and to build trusted relationships at clients all the way up to C-level executives.
- The ability to lead a team for large deal pursuits.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Excellent English is a must-have; additional languages would be an advantage.
- Collaborative - a team player.
- Experienced in working with large multinational corporate companies.
